Irene agrees to come and watch from the entrance.\n\nWhen you arrive at the kitchen door, you look to make sure Enigo is in place. He's not there. "Oh but I already ha..."\n\nFelix's monologue is cut off by a meat cleaver falling on his head. The cat falls down dead and lifeless.\n\nYou look up to see a smiling Irene standing above him dusting off her hands.\n\nYou rush to check on Enigo and Irene's father.\n\nArmed with the information that a guild war is about to break out, with Irene and her father reunited, you head back to your guild, a hero.\n\nThe days ahead are hard, but you finally have Irene's favor and with loyal Enigo to help you, all seems well with the world.\n\n[["The End."|Start]]

It turns out that Joey went into commando mode as soon as you gave him the job. He waited by Tony's pool in the woods for days in order to catch Tony alone eventually.\n\nHe had his phone turned off in order to avoid making any noise. You reach Irene, and she says, "It's a good thing you didn't fall for that setup."\n\nYou look confused, "What setup? We have to do something. Felix seems to be taking his time, but Enigo needs our.. Joey Smallz looks at you in a funny way. He suddenly seems nervous. He says, "Chief? You're not seriously considering snitching on Fat Tony are you? Your notice Irene standing on the countertop watching you with a horrified look on her face.\n\nYou attack Felix knowing you will save your friend and win the girl of your dreams.\n\nFelix flings you off his back and pins you to the ground. As he is about to bite your head off, a meat cleaver falls on top of his head splitting his skull in half. As you rush out to distract the cat, you pray that Enigo doesn't let you down. You yell at the cat trying to get his attention.\n\nFelix turns and looks at you. At the meeting things quickly escalate out of control. Both camps brought backup and begin shooting at each other.\n\nIn the confusion some of your men start firing as well which makes both Fat Tony and Jimmy Fagliano suspicious that the whole thing was a setup.\n\nYou and your men are slaughtered. The bad blood between both bosses cannot be healed after this aggression which plunges their families into a blood feud for years.\n\nOrganized crime in New York will never be the same after your bungled attempts to gain control.\n\n[["The End"|Start]]

Joey Smallz involvement with the disappearance of Fat Tony makes the police take notice of you and your criminal enterprise. While his attention is focused on you, Irene approaches Enigo from behind. You distract him with more accusations.\n\nIrene pushes Enigo off the ledge. He falls and is knocked unconscious on the floor. You run toward him wanting to finish him off before the cat finishes you.\n\nAs you stand over Enigo trying to strangle him, Felix stalks up behind you and pins you to the ground. You talk to Irene for a few minutes. It's all small talk. Maybe she just wanted to chit chat.\n\nSuddenly you hear noises from the kitchen. Enigo screams.\n\nYou rush with Irene to the kitchen and you see Felix biting off Enigo's head.\n\nFelix looks up at you and says, "Good job Irene, you've played your part well."\n\n[["You look at Irene. Joey leaves the bar and you immediately begin to worry. However, you've been thinking of offloading some of the daily responsibilities for the crew and Joey is your right hand man.\n\nUnfortunately you don't hear from Joey for the next few days which only makes you worry more that he's messed things up again.\n\nAfter a week you start to worry that Joey has tipped off Fat Tony by doing something stupid. You begin to get paranoid.\n\n[["You decide to trust your initial instinct and trust Joey to get the job done."|blindFaithJoey]]\n\n[["You decide it's time to make your move on Fat Tony, before he comes after you."|impatientDecision]]

You make a plan to meet Irene later. You realize that you need to neutralize Enigo and quick. You decide to play dumb and go back to the Guild, where you will exact your revenge.\n\nWhen you get back to the Guild, Enigo is very surprised to see you. He asks, "How did you survive Felix? I thought you were dead or I would have tried to help you."\n\n[["It's quiet alright my friend. I'm just happy you are safe. I should never have put you into that dangerous situation. Here let's drink you our good health and fortunes."|poisonEnigo]]\n\n[["You set me up you Rat! You've been plotting and scheming against me for months now. Why Enigo? I thought we were friends!"|confrontEnigo]]

You turn yourself into the police and make a deal to help them get Joey in order to get a lighter sentence. At the trial you testify against Joey saying, "You told him to take care of Tony, but you had no idea he was going to kill him."\n\nLuckily this story holds and you get off with twenty-five years in prison for conspiracy to commit murder.\n\nYour cellmate asks, "What happened to Joey?"\n\n[["Oh that's where the story gets better."|jailStory1]]

You wedge yourself between the broom and the wall, pushing with all your might. Finally the broom falls, causing you to fall to the floor as well. Just before the broom hits Felix, Enigo yells for the cat to lookout.\n\nYou look up dazed, thinking, "Why is Enigo saving the cat?" It dawns on you, you've been setup. You try to get up and run, but you've sprained your kneed in the fall.\n\nFelix stalks toward you while Enigo runs off toward the exit to the kitchen. The cat pounces and lands on top of you. Just as he begins to bite down you hear Irene screaming from the counter top.\n\n[[Death comes quick as you realize you've been setup by your best friend and the girl you were trying to impress loved you all along. Joey says, "Boss, it was you! You know I didn't have anything to do with this. I tried to talk you out of it!"\n\nSuddenly shots ring out all over the warehouse. Your body is riddled with bullets and Joey goes down almost instantly. You call on a professional "Fixer" named Marcellus White to kill Tony.\n\nYou make sure White does it in a way that makes it seem like an accident.\n\nSeveral days later Fat Tony is found dead in a sauna at the country club. According to the coroner Tony had a coronary caused but the heat of the sauna.\n\nWith Tony out of the picture you move to take over his territory. You quickly become one of the most powerful bosses in New York. Donna, Tony's widow, barely waits till after the funeral before she starts calling on you.\n\n[["The End"|Start]]

Joey killed Tony and cut off his head, thinking the brutality of the murder might help him get a better nickname! He sent the package to you hoping it would help the story get out while letting you know he'd done the job.\n\nInstead, you left the package at the bar, where it eventually began to smell really bad! One of the strippers opened it and found Tony's rotting head. She screamed, passed out and all hell broke loose.\n\nJoey, the stupid SOB, got the job done but figured out the worst possible way to implicate and embarrass you while getting you a life sentence without parole.\n\nTo top it off, you and Joey both got new nicknames. You make sure that none of your crew can be implicated in the assaults on each camp.\n\nAfter a month you go to each boss complaining about the collateral damage they are causing on your own business. You propose a neutral ground meeting.\n\nThey both suspect a trap when you suggest meeting in the Barons, but they suspect each other not you. You promise them that your guys will protect both sides, and they can bring a minimum crew in order to feel safe. You decide to come clean to Irene. You go to her and tell her how you feel.\n\nTurns out Irene likes you as well. You talk for a while, and you decide with the help of Enigo to help her get revenge on Felix the cat.\n\nYou make your plans and head to the kitchen.\n\n[["You will go to the kitchen floor to distract the cat while Enigo poisons his food from the counter top."|logansRun]]

When you get to a hotel room, you immediately turn on the news. The story is all over the TV. Apparently the package Joey sent you was Fat Tony's head wrapped in wax paper.\n\nNow the police are looking for you as a material witness or suspect in Tony's murder.\n\nYou get a text message from Joey which says, "Chief, the job is done! I've sent you a package with that trophy you wanted."\n\n[["You immediately call Joey and start yelling at him."|callJoey]]\n\n[["You want to call Joey, but you think twice about it."|dontCallJoey]]

Irene says, "Don't worry about Enigo, I just saw him running out of the kitchen. I think the cat scared him off. I've been wanting to talk to you for a while now."\n\nSomething about the way she's smiling at you gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling.\n\n[["Enigo will be fine. You try to make a run for it, but you don't even make it through the security line at the airport.\n\nThe police end up pinning Fat Tony's death on you. Joey got you into this problem, but you don't rat him out. You figure the truth would only hurt your credibility in prison.\n\nJoey Smallz gets away and you never learn why he sent that damn package to you.\n\nYou serve out the rest of your days in prison as a respected but powerless made man.\n\n[["The End."|Start]]

You get your best friendly accountant to go over the books for the worksites. Within a week or two everything is set. You arrange a meeting with Fat Tony in order to talk about your differences.\n\n[["In order to force the subject on Tony, you arrange for one of the crew working the job to have an 'unfortunate fall'. Your intent is to accuse Tony of trying to muscle in and provoke an argument. In the end you'll back down and offer him a piece of the action as reconciliation."|eatyourOwn]]\n\n[["You think about a setup where you fake an argument with Tony in order push the scam on him. But you can't bring yourself to take out your own men just to take down an enemy."|haveaConscience]]

You rush to the kitchen to try and head Enigo off before he puts himself in danger.\n\nAs soon as you reach the entrance, you see that there is a problem. Enigo is already cornered by Felix and needs help quick.\n\n[["You rush out and attack Felix while his back is turned. You hear a gun drop to the ground behind you. You look at Tony and say, "You should never have tried to set me up Joey. I treated you like a son and you repay me with this? Now, Tony is dead because of your plotting? As soon as you walk up to the bar the police recognize you. They take you into custody and haul you back to the station for questioning.\n\nWhen you get into the interrogation room they start asking you about Fat Tony and if the two of you were close. Eventually they start accusing you of having him murdered.\n\nYou deny trying to kill Tony, but they throw your cell phone down on the table with a text message that just came in from Joey. It says, "Chief, the job is done! I've sent you a package with that trophy you wanted."\n\n[["You immediately blurt out, 'Awwww fuck me, you stupid ....' You remember where you are at, but too late. The look of guilt on your face has given you away."|stupidJoey]]\n\n

You hear a loud bang and feel a sharp pain in your back. You fall down to the ground. Joey Smallz stands above you with a smoking gun in his hand.\n\nYour lifelong friend says, "It's over Chief. I thought you was a standup guy, but you were willing to sell out members of your own family and go against the code. Now you do this to another boss?"\n\nTony looks you in the eye and pulls the trigger. As the world goes black you hear him say, "It's over boys, let's go grab a bite to eat, on me."\n\nOver the following months, Joey consolidates power between your former crew and Fat Tony's. With the help of Donna, Tony's widow he goes on to become the boss of the two families.\n\n[["The End."|Start]] \n

You go to see Irene to invite her on a date. When you get there, Enigo is already talking to her. She looks at you with tears in her eyes and walks away.\n\nEnigo looks at you disgusted. He calls after her and rushes to catch up. They both walk off together.\n\nIt turns out she already liked you. All you had to do was ask. You end up taking a hit out on Tony with a fixer named Marcellus White. White is the epitome of professionalism and gets the job done quickly and quietly.\n\nThe police begin investigating the disappearance of Fat Tony several days later. At his home they find Joey Smallz hanging out in the woods behind his pool in commando gear.\n\nJoey gets taken in and questioned but without a body there is no murder. Eventually he's turned loose and the case goes cold.\n\n[["Finally, I can make my move and take over Tony's turf. If I play it cool Donna will be the icing on the cake."|undoDiscretion]]

You order a hit on one of the men on the site, he's Fat Tony's nephew twice removed. You set it up to look like a typical mob hit, and go through the normal reaction period where your crew "hits the mattresses". Eventually when things start to cool down you call a meeting with Tony.\n\nAt the meeting you provoke the fight with Tony, but he doesn't take the bait. He asks you why you'd think he'd kill his own nephew for some scam that's about to go down the tubes.\n\nTony throws an accounting ledger down on the table and asks, "Why should I take this offer from you when apparently I'm already running the operation?"\n\n[["Tony, I didn't know anything about this, I came here in good faith!"|pleaLie]]\n\n[["Thinking fast, you grab Tony from across the table and start bashing his head into the table."|goforitAll]]

The plan calls for you to take Irene to the pantry for an evening walk. Along the way you'll see Enigo running from Felix and you'll charge off to save him.\n\nAs you are walking to the kitchen Irene stops you and wants to sit and talk.\n\n[[Enigo could be in trouble. You say, "We can't talk now Irene... Behind the scenes you slowly pull your crew out one by one, while replacing them with Tony's men. Tony thinks he's getting the upper hand on you.\n\nJust before Tony starts to suspect the deal is sour, you turn in some anonymous clues to the New York State special prosecutor for corruption and organized crime.\n\nTony gets indicted and put behind bars. In calling Joey, you've implicated yourself and tied the final knot around your neck. There are now phone records witch help to implicate you in Tony's death.\n\nYou realize this after the fact. You discovered the plot too late and worse you stayed entangled when you could have escaped.\n\nEnigo moves quickly to eliminate you, and Irene when he discovers you're both working against him.\n\nDeath comes in the form of a dagger in your back while you sleep.\n\n[["The End"|Start]]

Irene's father the former Master of the Potions Guild is very much alive.\n\nFelix laughs and says, "You see I took him originally thinking he was the secret behind your guild's success. I didn't learn till much later that it was a quiet unassuming mouse who was responsible. You've made powerful enemies in the other guilds. They've been looking to eliminate you for some time now."\n\n[["You'll never get away with this Felix!"|distract2]]

You get your best friendly accountant to go over the books for the worksites. Within a week or two everything is set. You arrange a meeting with Fat Tony in order to talk about your differences.\n\nAt the meeting you try to provoke a fight with Tony but he seems very calm and relaxed.\n\nAfter your attempts to provoke him, Tony smiles at you. He reaches around behind his chair and throws an accounting ledger down on the table and asks, "Why should I take this offer from you when apparently I'm already running the operation?"\n\n[["Tony, I didn't know anything about this, I came here in good faith!"|pleaLie]]\n\n[["Thinking fast, you grab Tony from across the table and start bashing his head into the table."|goforitAll]]

Enigo takes the cup from you and smiles. He drinks deeply, but quickly frowns.\n\nThe look on his face as he falls to the ground gasping for breath, is delicious. His cohorts back away from you and run from the room.\n\nIn the months that follow you are a new mouse. You move to consolidate power and take over the Potions Guild. With Irene as your partner in crime you become the most feared Guild Master in the house.\n\nIn the end, Enigo taught you well. You make your plans with Enigo. He is supposed to wait above the cat bowl while you get in place to run accross the kitchen in order to distract the cat.\n\nOn the way to the kitchen you run into Irene. She asks you where you are heading. She seems to be worried about something.\n\n[["Enigo and I are going to kill Felix the cat. He's been the bane of our existence for too long. You setup a meeting with Fat Tony. At the meeting you provoke a fight with Tony, and he takes the bait.\n\nAfter going back and forth about your turf war, you finally tell him that arguments between the families are bad for business. You say, "We should be figuring out more ways to work together instead of fighting. There's money to be made. To show that I truly believe what I say, I'm going to offer you something you've wanted for a long time, the Long Island featherbedding contracts."\n\nTony's eyes twinkle with greed. You've played him perfectly.\n\n[["So Tony, can we finally put bad blood behind us and start working together?"|finishHim]]\n

You work with Joey to find some part of the business you can firewall from the day to day.\n\nYou find a construction worksite featherbedding scam you've been running that is starting to dry up. Fat Tony has been bugging you to get in on it for years. So you plan on letting him in on it as a peace offering.\n\n[["What Fat Tony doesn't know is you've cooked the books to make it look like he's been leading the scam all along. You report him to the Feds and he will take the fall."|cookBooks]]\n\n[["The main problem with the setup is that the whole scam can be traced back to your crew! Nobody high level though, and your involvement is unknown, but some good guys may take collateral damage in order to make it work."|casualtiesOfWar]]

Looking around, you notice Irene standing on the counter next to a meat cleaver. You also see a broom propped against the wall right next to the entrance.\n\n[["You try to push the broom over so it falls hoping it will scare Felix off."|droptheBroom]]\n\n[["You signal for Irene to move to the meat cleaver. Hopefully she'll know what to do when you need her."|youDistract]]\n\n[["Oddly Felix seems to be taking his time with Enigo. Must be a cat thing. Your pleas are cutoff when you hear a gun cocked behind your head.\n\nJoey Smallz leans down beside your ear and says, "It's over snitch. I thought you was a standup guy, but you were willing to sell out members of your own family and go against the code. You don't deserve my loyalty."\n\nFat Tony stands up and steps to the side. You feel the barrel of the gun at the back of your head and suddenly the world goes red. You fall forward eyes open and blood pouring from the hole in your head.\n\nAs the lights go dim you see Joey and Tony hugging each other.\n\n[["You broke the code of silence and now you've paid the price."|Start]] \n

As you rush out to distract the cat, you pray that Irene doesn't let you down. You begin yelling at the cat trying to get his attention.\n\nFelix turns and looks at you. He smiles at you and says, "Well she said you'd be here. Looks like she kept her promise. I guess I'll have to keep mine now."\n\nFelix gets up and steps sideways. Enigo is tied up on the floor behind him and someone is standing in the shadows.\n\n[["Who are you? What have you done to Enigo?"|revelationTime3]]

Felix jumps on you from behind and pins you to the ground. As he is about to bite your head off, you both hear a noise from the counter top. You look up to see Enigo and Irene struggling. No not struggling... Kissing!\n\nEnigo yells, "You see my friend. I've betrayed you and the girl you love is mine as well! Felix finish the wretch."\n\nThe cat looks down at you and smiles his cheshire grin. The last thing you see as it closes over your head.\n\n[["The End."|Start]]

You look back up to the counter top. Enigo is there! You yell to him, "Enigo help me!"\n\nEnigo says, "You really should pick your friends more carefully. I've been trying to replace you in the guild for months now. I've been hoping you would do something stupid, like this! Did you really think this would impress Irene?"\n\n[["You set this up? Why would you betray me?"|delayHim]]\n\n[["Enigo you Rat! If I get out of this alive I'll kill you!"|revengeMouseStart1]]

It turns out that Joey went into commando mode as soon as you gave him the job. He waited by Tony's pool in the woods for days in order to catch Tony alone eventually.\n\nHe had his phone turned off in order to avoid making any noise. Eventually the battery died, but he didn't want to "Give up his position."\n\nJoey killed Tony and cut off his head, thinking the brutality of the murder might help him get a better nickname! He sent the package to you hoping it would help the story get out while letting you know he'd done the job.\n\nJoey got a new nickname when he got to prison serving life without parole. They call him "Joey Jackass" now.\n\n[["The End."|Start]]
